Welcome to my blog! My name is Kenna, i'm 21 and i am a Photographer, vegan home cook, Witch and blogger.

I'm life time vegan and i love cooking and eating.

I come up with my own recipes or i veganize other recipes by substituting meat, dairy and fish products with vegan ingredients! I also have IBS and follow a Low Fodmap diet in addition to being fully vegan.

What is IBS?

​

IBS is short for irritable bowel syndrome, Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a group of symptoms that occur together, including repeated pain in your abdomen and changes in your bowel movements, which may be diarrhea, constipation, or both.

​

What is a Low Fodmap Diet?

​

FODMAP stands for Fermentable Oligosaccharides, Disaccharides, Monosaccharides, and Polyols, which are short chain carbohydrates and sugar alcohols that are poorly absorbed by the body, resulting in abdominal pain and bloating.

​

FODMAPs occur in some foods naturally or as additives.
