These fajitas are my absolutely favorite. If you wanted to, you could replace the chick'n with portabello mushrooms or tempeh!
Ingredients:
2 bags Gardein Chik'n Strips
1 bag of frozen onions and peppers, or 1 onion & 2 fresh bell peppers diced
2 bags Ortega skillet Fajita sauce
Tortillas
Salsa of your choice
Vegan sour cream (optional)
Saute onions and peppers in a large pan.
Saute chick'n strips in a cast iron skillet or frying pan until crispy.
Add chick'n strips to onions and peppers, then add Ortega Fajita skillet sauce.
Heat until warm.
Heat tortillas and fill with fajita mix, top with salsa and vegan sour cream if desired.
